Job Description

Class Start Date: March 14, 2022

Shift Requirements: We post all our jobs in Eastern Standard Time- we’ve got you covered with a variety of shifts . We are currently hiring for the following schedules:

Start times of 6:00am, 10:00am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm and 2:30pm (M-F with weekends)

Starting Wage: $16.00

What You’ll Do

• Handle basic and routine Student Loan inquiries via multiple channels, generally through phone, online chat, or document processing. Student Loan Account representatives use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published material, secondary sources, or more senior staff. Navigates a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications. Must have excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills and be comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed.

How You’ll Do It

• Assist customers by being Helpful, Engaging, Resourceful, and taking Ownership, in a fast-paced environment via phone, chat, or through customer document processing.

Qualifications You’ll Need

Bonus Points If You Have

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in collections, customer service, call center or related field
