What is the key purpose of a DE&I Program Manager?

As a Program Manager on our DE&I team you will be responsible for the support and execution of programs designed to foster a diverse workforce, cultivate an inclusive culture, and enhance employee engagement. We’re looking for an individual who can work cross-functionally within a DE&I team, business stakeholders, and external partners to drive outcomes, align DE&I calendars and generate data requests. We are looking for an ambitious and intellectually curious candidate who is comfortable multi-tasking and has great project management skills.

What skills and qualifications do I need?

For this role it is essential that you have :

• Minimum of 3 -5 years proven working experience with internal and external customers
• Existing regional knowledge of EMEA commercial and talent landscape as it relates to DE&I, and passion to develop subject matter expertise
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Strong project management skills, including attention to detail, balancing multiple tasks, speed to completion
• Autonomous, resourceful, collaborative, and adaptive
• Passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
• Experience with event coordination

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

As a DE&I Program Manager, you will:

• Responsible for executing annual/quarterly strategy according to plan
• Plan, coordinate, and track activities and special projects as assigned to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished
• Assist the team with diversity-related communications and reports, including production of quarterly DEI newsletters
• Partner with internal Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) to identify needs and develop solutions accordingly
• Assist the team with facilitation of various diversity activation and projects including working with external vendors and internal teams such as Marketing, Talent Growth, Talent Acquisition
• Assist with the DEI budget management, including tracking and managing invoices, and ERG expenses etc
• Manage and analyze pulse check and other surveys to evaluate program success and generate insights and trends. Create reports and dashboards to present the data and metrics
• Liaise with and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders and networks in a professional and timely manner
