About the Opportunity: This newly created role will be within our Professional Services and Education Operations (PSEOps) team and act as a trusted partner to our PS&E organization. You will define and run strategic initiatives that refine and transform PS&E and will turn strategy into action by outlining the execution plans to achieve them, all with the goal of enabling scalable execution. Employing both a strategic focus, as well as a tactical approach is a must-have in this role. The individual in this role will play a critical role in delivering a wide range of projects - from small, quick wins to complex programs. The ideal candidate will have strong Professional Services experience in a high-growth environment. This role is a part of our Customer Solutions Group Strategy & Operations team, and reports into the Director, Strategy & Operations - Professional Services & Education. Key Responsibilities will include: - Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives - Manage special projects/programs for the PS&EOps Leadership team - Create, communicate, and enable PS policies and processes - Cross-train to provide PTO/overflow coverage for other operations roles within the team - Provide support to the Director of PS&E Ops in assisting with a number of one time and ongoing functions
What you’ll do: Project Management
- Manage a program governance model to ensure proper intake, scoping, and prioritization of programs.
- Define the concept, build a viable business case, solicit and capture requirements, determine KPIs, develop an execution plan
- Ensure internal and cross-functional resource commitments, with the assistance of the Sponsor as needed
- Structure, kick-off, and run continuous and/or time-bound programs within and beyond the PS&E Ops organization by clarifying priorities, enabling the execution of deliverables, defining program process flows, and providing continuous transparency
- Track and provide timely status against goals and project milestones for multiple projects
- Measure and report on project/program success against KPIs
What you'll do: Communications & Enablement
- Lead enablement and communications for PS&E Ops both within the team and greater organization
- Create enablement and communication plans
- Develop enablement content and messaging
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Interactive to ensure messaging is distributed as needed to appropriate audiences
What You'll do: Teaming
- Develop and cultivate relationships both within the team and key cross-functional teams
- Lead and facilitate quarterly strategic planning sessions
- Work with leaders to develop OKRs for PS&E Ops & PS&E, and ensure they are being updated on a monthly basis
- Facilitate meetings and prepare agendas, speakers, and content for PS&E Ops Team Meetings & PS&E All Hands
- Lead coordination of team building activities
- Build and maintain alignment across multiple teams for keeping a focus on execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
What you will bring:
- 4+ years of industry experience with strong exposure to PS&E Operations in a software, SaaS, or systems development environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- PMP certification
- Exceptional, demonstrable, track record of program management, program execution, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to deliver results.
- Solid understanding of PS&E Ops, including SFDC, policy & process creation, change management
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial spirit, sense of ownership, and sense of urgency
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other teams such as Sales Operations, Finance, Business Systems
- Ability to prioritize work and meet internal/external customer expectations in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Open, growth mindset with a high degree of self-motivation, fostered in a face-paced, high growth, dynamic environment
