This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a University Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

• You will execute the Siemens Healthineers recruiting process for university and specialty program hires. You will have full process responsibility, including assessing and hiring active university candidates.
• You will build and grow working partnership with leadership at strategically targeted schools, to improve the Siemens Healthineers on campus employment brand.
• You will seek out opportunities to improve our hiring processes, which cultivate a best-in-class candidate & hiring manger experience.
• At times you will manage and participate in campus calendar events, including arranging materials for attendance, event giveaways, and innovative methods of engaging the student community.
• You will have a working knowledge of the policies governing university recruiting delivery & programs, and will leverage these policies when partnering with the business.

• You have a customer focused mindset, with a strong ability to prioritize workloads and partner with several diverse groups at once.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and can easily related with several different levels and backgrounds within the organization.
• You are comfortable interpreting, and managing existing policies which govern our university relations programs.
• You are able to proactively assess program successes and opportunities of improvement, and make recommendations on how to highlight or adjust respectively.
• You enjoy presenting program capabilities both internally and externally.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Willing to travel up to 20%
