Associate Director, Core Advisory Operations

Job Description

KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Core Advisory Operations to join our Advisory Services organization.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Core Advisory Leadership and Operations to drive and implement strategic initiatives aligned with Advisory strategy
• Create communications, standard operating procedures, guidelines and reference materials to support rollout of strategic initiatives, including Engagement Financial Management
• Drive offshore Engagement Financial Management team on a day-to-day basis; serve as first escalation point and resolution for matters and development of reporting and analytics
• Participate in practice-wide strategic initiatives or projects as assigned by national leadership

Qualifications:

• Minimum seven years of public accounting, finance, or general business operations experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business related degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience as direct manager / PML for two or more individuals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
• Intermediate or advanced understanding of key business performance indicators, such as revenue, bookings, sales involvement, billings and collections
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Power Point and Outlook; Advanced proficiency in Excel; proficient with data visualization tool(s) (Power BI)
