Job Description
Get to know the role:
- Establishing and managing strong business relationships with existing and potential new customers to drive business growth for AA Vietnam, as measured by TGS, TNS and EBIT
- Being the local window person for AA. Take the ownership of day-to-day operational tasks
- Take the lead to research local aftermarket trends, work with the sale rep for defining business opportunities, planning and executing marketing and sell-out activities
- Support on the roll-out / ramp-up of digital B2B marketplace in VN
The day-to-day activities:
Account Management:
- Engage key customers regularly and provide feedback on customers’ growth focus and requirements, e.g., product, marketing support
- Ensure timely order delivery, by coordinating and assisting between customers and AA’s supporting teams, e.g., custom clearance, shipping document collection
- Working with the country sales rep to conduct regular business reviews
Business Development:
- Visit both 1st and 2nd Trade Level customers regularly, to verify and grasp market insights such as customer preference, product pricing, competitive landscape
- Evaluate potential opportunities with 1TL players, by performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
Marketing:
- Support Sales rep in Singapore to plan and execute marketing plan online and offline
- Assist AA’s agency on reviewing social media (e.g., Facebook) posts in local language and responding to inquiries
- Collect customer requirements on merchandise support and liaise with local and oversea suppliers/agency on making and distributing the merchandises
Digital Eco System Local Support:
- Work closely with project lead in Singapore to provide operational support to local customers
- Provide onsite support / training to customers
KPI:
- Number of workshops visited and surveyed
- Number of 1TL players visited and acquired (supporting Sales rep located in Singapore)
- Number of Seller and Buyers (workshops / retailers) on board EGG Mall
- Converted number of Bosch Modules
- All targets on track deployed to marketing agency (promoters)
Qualifications
- Experienced in Automotive (Aftermarket) industry
- Self-motivated & results oriented
- Strong collaborative mindset
- Structured work ethic with high degree of accountability
- Business development experience 3+ years
