Job Description

Location: At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely. This is a remote position based in the UK, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. Once we can safely travel, you may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.

GoDaddy is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition EMEA/APAC Tech and Corporate Recruitment Lead to join our dynamic, growing Global team. You will help to continue to develop our EMEA/APAC Recruiting team and help drive GoDaddy’s employer brand to grow a diverse pipeline of capable talent that embodies our values. This role requires equal parts critical thinking and practical application, and collaboration with teams at all levels. You will be a key player in creating an amazing experience for our employees and candidates.

The role is leading the EMEA TA team of Recruiters and managing stakeholders and our fantastic Hiring Managers. Ensuring our candidates are at the forefront of GoDaddy's inclusive recruitment experience and have a positive journey throughout their candidate lifecycle. We are a diverse team of seven, geographically spread, balancing multiple requisitions and partnering with our team of Recruitment Coordinators and Recruitment Marketeers. TA EMEA reaches outside of Europe, including Western Europe, India, Singapore, India, Caymen Islands, UAE and South Africa. We are growing at pace, and our coverage expands with GoDaddy''s acquisitions.

Your experience should include...

• Degree in Human Resources, or an associated qualification along with hands on recruiting experience
• 8+ years’ experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition function
• Strong demonstratable track record in TA processes, procedures and reporting metrics
• Experience in managing complex hires, acting as an escalation point for a TA Recruiters
• Hands on recruiting experience, across a fast-paced, demanding technical and corporate landscape including FTE’s, Fixed Term and Contingent Workers
• 3+ years’ experience leading and developing a diverse team of Talent Acquisition specialists across EMEA
• Able to pivot at pace, with a track record of partnering with, and influencing HM’s and key stakeholders
• Solid experience hiring using an ATS – i.e., Workday, Greenhouse, etc.
• Able to listen, accept feedback, and to respond to requests from HM’s, business partners, colleagues, and team members
• Validated examples of partnership and influence with peers, clients, and candidates
• Credibility and gravitas, able to manage difficult conversations and act as a ‘guiding’ hand on internal discussions

• Experience building diverse pipelines for talent
• Experience working with innovative engineering teams
• Rich understanding of the highly competitive nature of recruiting both experienced and early career roles in the high-tech industry, and examples of innovative approaches to recruiting that will set GoDaddy apart
• Experience working with a high-volume hiring
• Phenomenal communication and relationship building skills; you understand how to communicate across distributed locations using written, verbal and listening skills
