  • Facilitate meaningful, and sometimes critical, conversations via 1:1, focus group discussions, in team settings, and with senior leadership as appropriate.
  • Support the entire People Team as needed with strategy development, talent analytics, organizational change planning, facilitation, process improvement, and process mapping.
Required Proficiencies:
  • Deep experience in crafting and implementing successful talent management processes including performance management, talent & succession planning, ongoing feedback; and key understanding of the intersectionality of proficiencies within talent management, leadership development, and talent acquisition.
  • Experience leading sophisticated, org-wide initiatives, including supporting and leading large-scale projects with multiple contending priorities while partnering with leaders across the company for prioritization and implementation.
  • Experience implementing, designing, and delivering org-wide competency models, embedding proficiencies appropriately within internal and adjacent talent processes.
  • An ability to build personal credibility and impact through influencing others, leading people, and communicating clearly, including experience in facilitating senior leader conversations, reaching consensus, and arriving at clear decisions.
  • Experience developing a talent management measurement strategy and using analytics to measure the success of programs.
  • Strong people development, mentoring, and feedback skills to enable the career growth of an already engaged and successful team.
  • Experience in fostering ways of innovating traditional standard methodology development programs.
Preferred Proficiencies:
