Job title: Business Systems Analyst (f/m/x)

Are you looking for a patient-focused, innovative-driven company that will inspire you and empower you to shine? Join us as our Business Systems Analyst.

As our successful IT Business Partner, you will inspire new ideas, co-create solutions and drive business outcomes with data, digital and information technologies in close partnership with Business departments at the manufacturing sites and offices.

In this role you will be key in enabling each site to be leading in technology and innovation as part of the Manufacturing network in Takeda.

As our IT Business Partner, you will leverage the global IT collaboration network, platforms, and products to advance the site. You will represent the IT function in Data, digital and information technologies driven projects and report into the local Site IT team.

As our IT Business Partner, you will manage all activities of internal/external project resources, including project budget commitments and forecast. You will be considered as a global expert for JDE ERP to MES integrations as well as related DDT business solutions deployed at the sites. You will be responsible of the life cycle management activities of products and services related to JDE ERP to MES.

Your New Opportunity:

  • Manage configuration and testing of JD Edwards manufacturing and warehouse modules and the integration to Manufacturing Execution Systems, Warehouse Management Systems and/or SAP
  • Support, drive and assist in all phases of digital projects related to the ERP environment, including recommendation of modifications/customizations and enhancements
  • Documents requirements, functional specifications, development / programming specifications, feature lists and business rules by following SLDC
  • Create focus and direction to business logic development and presentation through efficient communication, facilitation of constructive discussion, consensus building and end user validation.
  • Backup administrator of dclink mobility product

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • ERP experiences with SAP MM, PP, ME, SD, QM modules or JD Edwards manufacturing equivalent modules (manufacturing discrete and process).
  • Experience with integration between ERP and MES like Siemens or PAS-X MES
  • Strong knowledge of project development/implementation processes. Proven track record on delivering projects. Project Management Certification a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or relevant work experience.
  • Communication – ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.
  • Analytical Skills – ability to analyse a wide variety of data and make appropriate decisions.
  • Practice efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working in an international environment.
  • Understanding knowledge in data bases (Oracle or MS-SQL)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is €3.389,68 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
