Cvent, Inc. is seeking a Product Specialist to support the Event 360 team within Professional Services, supporting both internal members, external support staff members, and clients. The Product Specialist will work with Event 360 Leadership, Cvent’s L&D team, Product teams, and our Logistics department to drive the corporate learning strategy and align signature learning solutions to business goals as they relate to new hires, team members, external supporting roles, and client efficiency. As a Product Specialist, you will work closely with a diverse product and leadership team to implement programs, documentation, and initiatives related to employee onboarding, platform development, and external deliverables/ eLearning.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Work with internal PS stakeholders and across departments to support the planning and execution of learning programs and initiatives for both internal constituents and external partners/ clientele.
  • Oversee platform training initiatives for various audiences within PS, including but not limited to: new hires, current team members, contracted support members, other PS/CS teams, and in some cases, Cvent customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Product teams to understand platform rollouts and provide team feedback and enhancements. Duties will include identifying product stakeholders for team trainings and distilling the information through learning sessions, collateral items, and internal database updates.
  • Assist with alignment of all internal systems through active participation in Product/ CS/ PS meetings.
  • Responsible for consistently testing all new product updates to ensure comprehension for proper delivery execution – Mediums include but are not limited to Wiki, Slack Hit List, Official Announcements, Demos, VE Thursday Trainings, Team Meeting Trainings, etc.
  • Move through project timelines in a fast-paced environment by using agile methodologies as outlined by PS leadership, ensuring that each task is properly reviewed and firm deadlines are in place.
  • Participate in platform-specific Office Hours sessions and Product-related Task Forces
  • Continually work to improve PS learning systems and processes through formal and informal feedback and survey results
  • Provide ‘Day Of Support’ expertise during busy seasons
  • Perform administrative responsibilities as needed

What You Need for this Position

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years' work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Project Management experience strongly preferred with working knowledge of Cvent’s virtual/ onsite platforms
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills, manages time and change effectively, and successfully juggles multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new tools and systems
  • Self-starter who is flexible, action-oriented, and possesses a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to comfortably work in a deadline-oriented environment
