ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

TKWW is currently seeking a forward-thinking and resourceful Senior Specialist, Lifecycle Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a top-rated company comprised of fun, dedicated individuals. This self-starter will be responsible for assisting in email strategy and daily productions, scheduling, delivery, and reporting of diverse types of multi-channel campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help drive efficient growth, activation, and engagement through Email Marketing, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and other potential channels
  • Drive activation rates, engagement rates, and increasing member lifetime value through creative, messaging, targeting, and personalization strategies
  • Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external vendors
  • Track, report and present performance with internal stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Develop, deploy, analyze and improve email marketing programs for multiple brands
  • Optimize marketing performance through A/B testing, personalization, segmentation, and creative.
  • Compile and interpret data to allow for real-time marketing responsiveness and agility
  • Execute campaigns utilizing data filters, SQL queries, data extensions, templates and automations (drips & triggers). Report on campaign performance and monitor campaign issues.
  • Assists in preparing and maintaining reports, project spreadsheets, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Assist with HTML coding and/or AMP scripting of the email body content when necessary. Track and analyze all components of email campaigns

SUCCESSFUL SENIOR SPECIALIST, LIFECYCLE MARKETING CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • BA or BS degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of email marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, Iterable, Oracle)
  • Experience in Tableau, Qliq, HTML coding, AMP Scripting
  • Data manipulation and reporting experience
  • Subject matter expert on email marketing, email compliance and regulations, and email service provider platform functionality required
  • Strong background in engagement, re-engagement and retention strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and competence with quantitative data, particularly those analyses used to drive segmentation, targeting, and personalization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders are required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and accountability. Ability to oversee multiple work streams simultaneously and equally comfortable owning tasks, no matter how big or small.
