tackle the hardest operations challenges, ensuring
that the future OneLM becomes an engineered system of systems, second to none. We are seeking highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic individuals to join and contribute significantly to Finance & Business
Operations’ (F&BO) successful enablement of this
program. This position will be responsible for
partnering with Value Stream (VS) leads to enable
the accomplishment of DX objectives. This will take
the form of supporting scope refinement and
clarification within the VSs, estimating budgeting
needs, and facilitating the budgeting approval process. This position will also be responsible for the monitoring and tracking of the execution of the work scope. This includes establishing a cost baseline,
monitoring expenditure, and monthly reporting using
an internal system of Earned Value Management
System (EVMS). Additional responsibilities to include
business case development and tracking, identifying
schedule and cost risks and opportunities, and
helping with controlling and implementing scope
changes as the program progresses. Join our team

Basic Qualifications:
Deltek Software Applications, specially Cobra
EVMS (Earned Value Management System) experience
Advanced experience with Microsoft tools, primarily Excel and Power Point
Desired Skills:
Agile Methodology/DevSecOps
PM Compass
Open Plan
Previous support of OneLM projects
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
