Senior Project Manager to join our growing Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will drive the prioritization of projects across RevOps, manage the end-to-end project delivery process, and coordinate efforts with both RevOps team members and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule. The right person will be able to prioritize inputs from across the organization and drive a closed-loop feedback process to ensure best practices are accounted for in each and every project. The role will own the project management function within the Revenue Operations organization by leveraging experience and deep knowledge of leading enterprise projects that support a high growth company, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Location: Open to remote within the United States.
Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Defines, prioritizes, and develops project roadmaps for our Revenue Operations team
- Leads the communication of project/initiative progress, needs, and risks to the appropriate stakeholders
- Understands and analyzes project risks and resource allocation within the RevOps Team
- Promote empowerment of the team by ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project with a meaningful contribution
- Accurately document the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations on analysis for business case development
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience across B2B technology and business services
- An understanding of Revenue Operations methodologies
- Be a change management expert: tasked with rallying the entire organization around project management, ushering new processes, and communicating with company stakeholders
- Prior experience leading enterprise-level application development projects
- A willingness to think outside of the box to provide innovative solutions to internal stakeholders
- Ability to apply project management best practices across a number of initiatives at a time
- Ability to partner with business teams on concepts and strategies to ensure a collaborative go-to-market approach
- 4-year degree a plus
