The Production Finance Assistant Accountant supports Apple Studios original video content efforts worldwide, reporting to the Production Finance Executive assisting in the financial oversight and management of Apple TV+ productions.

• Demonstrable experience in production accounting/finance roles
• Proficiency in production accounting software (Smart Accounting, PSL) and Excel
• Ability to establish partnerships with production accounting teams
• Proactive thinker who can prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, teamwork, problem solving and communication skills

Description

Description • Assist in the financial management of the budgeting, reporting, and daily production activity of Apple TV+ productions. • Assist in preparation of budget comparisons • Preparation of accounts payable payments • Assist in tracking of tax credit payments and timing of receipts. • Facilitate production show setup needs including accounting systems software • Ensure production requests follow Production Finance policies and procedures • Responsible for establishing and maintaining production digital files • Manage production cost to date reports and activity logs • Ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
