Product Manager- Marin Software (Data Science/Optimisation)

As a technically skilled Product Manager at Marin, you will be the nexus for all product decisions for our Data Science/Optimisation team.

What is exciting about this role

· The autonomy and responsibility to own Product decisions and drive them to implementation

· Work as part of a highly skilled team to drive our Optmisation product, with close interaction with, and support from, the Chief Technology and Product Officer and the rest of the Exec Team including the CEO

· Work with a Best practise Engineering team delivering production ready, enterprise quality code in a Continuous Development environment. You’d work alongside a very experienced, global Tech team with colleagues in the UK, Bay Area (San Francisco), Shanghai and Paris.

What we’re looking for:

· Prior experience in product management

· Technical nous/experience to work effectively with Engineers/Developers and Data Science professionals

· Some Python skills would be useful

· Strong interpersonal skills - comfortable discussing technology with Engineers and commercials with Executives

· Strong written and verbal communication skills - this includes being a concise, proactive communicator

· Track record of owning/project managing complex initiatives

· Comfortable making data-driven, strategy-informed decisions

· Some experience / knowledge of basic UI and software development best practices would be ideal

· Someone who thrives in not being constrained by job description and will instead own and see a problem through to a solution
