As an Inside Account Executive, you’ll hunt into Front’s self serve customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for self-serve customers who are not on an annual contract. You will be directly responsible for hunting into our month to month customer base to identify customers who will benefit from upgrading to our Enterprise products. You’ll work closely with multiple teams across Front to ensure customer success at every stage during the sales process.

What will you be doing?

    • Understanding how customers are currently using Front
    • Prospecting — calling and emailing key contacts across an organization, including C-Suite
    • Understanding customer’s business needs and objectives
    • Analyze and leverage customer’s usage metrics to create a compelling reason for them to purchase Front for other teams
    • Fully and articulating the relevant benefits of Front for your customer’s industry or role
    • Building informal rapport with contacts to encourage long term relationships
    • Prioritizing opportunities and ownership of pricing negotiations through close
    • Using Salesforce to keep clean records, lead management and pipeline forecasting
    • Managing multiple sales cycles concurrently, keeping tight timelines and creating urgency in each cycle
    • Providing a delightful customer experience, regardless of deal outcome
    • Due to the size and stage of our company you will be entrusted to take on an informal leadership role and ensuring that what you learn is shared with the entire global AE team so that they can learn from your successes and failures.

What skills and experience do you need?

    • 1+ years in a full-cycle sales role, ideally in SaaS
    • Outbound SDR experience highly desirable
    • Overachievement against sales targets in past experiences
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs
    • Highly organized with exceptional follow up skills
    • CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce(a plus)
    • A great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team
    • Ability to deal with rapid change and evolving processes
    • Entrepreneurial mindset
