Job Description

San Francisco | Reports to Associate Director of DEIB

• Remote work is an option but for the duration of the internship interns must live in the states we currently do business in ( CA, TX, NY, NJ, IL, WA, OR, MA, PA, VA, MD, GA, CO, MN, DC)
• Internship will begin June of 2022 and have a maximum duration of 12 weeks.

Where we need help

The People and Employee Experience Intern will work closely with the team to support our ongoing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and belonging Strategy. This candidate will work with our head of Culture and Belonging (DEIB) in partnership with other People team leaders to continue to evolve our DEIB strategy and program development that brings that strategy to life. Specifically, this person will help evolve our initiatives in Learning + Development; Talent Acquisition and People Operations.

• Assist with the planning and execution of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives, programs, and meetings.
• Complete a global DEI project to own from ideation to deployment that supports the overall DEI strategy.
• Help craft communications and a continual communication strategy for DEIB including writing articles for the intranet and external careers page.
• Support with scheduling meetings and lead the development & communication of meeting notes, management of DEI calendar, the creation of materials (slides, flyers, online resources, etc.).
