Assistant Team Lead-Graphic Design will provide design as well as provide art direction for graphics and presentation solutions for Cvent marketing team, and other range of internal clients. Expected to work competently with different geography and with minimum supervision.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, strong at aligning and engaging with multiple stakeholders to help drive creative support for the marketing teams across geographies. Leads multiple projects in accordance with business deadlines as well as manage the graphics team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Should possess creative eye to create professional designs and should have a very good eye for detail.
  • Working as part of the Graphics Team to help plan, design and develop graphic collaterals and campaigns.
  • Estimate with project managers and project stakeholders staffing needs, schedules, and other operational details to successfully track and drive ongoing projects.
  • Responsible for adherence to the workflow process, capture briefs required to initiate a project and ensuring the designs delivered as per the brief.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within a marketing team,
  • In depth knowledge of the Print medium, event collaterals, infographics etc.
  • Needs to have excellent Stakeholder management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Responsible for identifying and selecting training/learning opportunities that will continuously improve the level of the graphic design team

Reports to: The ATL will work closely with the AM -Creative

Education: Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent, degree or diploma in Fine arts.

Should possess excellent visualization skills

Work Experience:

Minimum of 7-9 year experience in print design and conceptualization Experience is a must. Should have worked on Key campaigns that would have demonstrated his/her Art direction and print medium skills. Should have conceptualized marketing campaigns for important campaigns. Has managed both the creative, work flow process and other operational aspect of a running a design team.

What we are looking for:

  • Has prior experience of managing projects and design resources and should be able to assign, schedule and supervise all production work
  • Understanding of the latest creative trends as well as knowledge of the visual theory (color theory, typography, composition etc)
  • Effectively visualize both qualitative concepts and quantitative data.
  • Experience across multiple categories is a preferred
  • Experience reviewing the work of the design team and coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure highest quality and unity of visual style
  • Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing creative requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
