The Role The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the growing Spain & Portugal PR team. Tasks are varied, extensive and timely. They will include but are not limited to: working with coordinators across EMEA to put in place a set of best practices that enable us to move quicker, bigger and better; working the agencies in various tasks; supporting junkets, premiere and press day activations; coordinating with outside agencies and vendors to track contracts and ensure timely payment; assisting with meeting schedules and facilitation, including help putting together presentations and coordinating audiovisual needs; updating various lists, documents and charts on the department’s google drive; liaising with the team that translates press releases for worldwide use and local agencies to distribute said releases; and other ad-hoc duties as assigned and key Netflix Media Center responsibilities, including but not limited to: - Uploading material to the Netflix Media Center as required - Keeping timelines of debuts and releases - Organizing & executing Media Center approvals - Creating usernames and managing user databases - Assigning talent screeners and managing press lists and database updated - Manage travels for talents and events in the region in coordination with the agency. - Support and shadowing in large PR campaigns This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and who is able to exercise good judgment and initiative. Qualifications The successful candidate for PR Coordinator - Spain and Portugal will have at least four years of entertainment experience either in a studio or agency setting. They will be a clear and concise communicator in a variety of media. The role is mainly focused on Spain, so some Portuguese experience is a bonus but not a deal breaker.

- Knows Google Drive like the back of their hand.
- Able to function effectively as a part of a loosely coupled but highly-aligned team.
- Effective in dealing with global PR agencies, talent reps and internal executives.
- A great communicator - via email, by phone, in person-and simultaneously.
