We are seeking a marketing professional experienced in partner marketing to collaborate with our partner team to generate new business and build our partner ecosystem. This is a career-defining opportunity for a self-motivated global partner marketing manager with experience handling both internal and external business communication to drive thought leadership and awareness campaigns with partners (e.g., NVIDIA, AWS, Snowflake, Accenture), position Domino and partner products, enable our enterprise sales team and partnerships team, and create impactful content and campaigns that clearly communicate the benefits and value of Domino in Enterprise MLOps.

As Domino’s Global Partner Marketing Manager reporting directly to the Head of Partner Marketing, you will build and execute end-to-end programs that drive revenue by amplifying Domino’s brand and build pipeline through our global partner ecosystem, helping sales penetrate new accounts and expand existing accounts. The charter is to deliver tailored go-to-market programs and campaigns across a segment of our partner portfolio (Tools & Data, Infrastructure, Solutions, Implementation & Consulting) to help Domino build joint pipeline and close revenue.

As the point-person and "CMO" for a partner segment, you'll connect the dots between partner alliance management, partner solution engineers, product marketing, content marketing, communications/PR, field marketing, and demand generation to augment the unique challenges of target accounts that sales is trying to reach. You will also have the opportunity to design, build, and execute large-scale partner programs as we scale the Domino Partner Network.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Market & product positioning: Play a lead role in elevating joint Domino and partner messaging and positioning, and build strategic programs, content, and campaigns highlighting the central role we play for enterprises in the data science ecosystem.
  • Content creation: Develop customer-facing materials, including press releases, videos, white papers, web copy, data sheets, blogs, webinars, and more, that drive thought leadership for Domino, and engagement by users and potential buyers.
  • Partner marketing strategy and execution: Establish co-marketing plans with partners and communications strategies for internal and external audiences. Develop clear and differentiated messaging, plus supporting content and campaigns, and coordinate internal efforts to ensure engagement, understanding, and adoption.
  • Partner program adoption and scale: Design, build, and execute partner marketing programs (both with-partner co-marketing and to-partner marketing) with an eye for scale as we continue to build Domino Partner Network.
  • Alliances & sales productivity: Enable both the Domino alliances team and the salesforce with crucial information and materials that allow them to communicate the value of Domino and partner solutions and the various use cases they support.

What we look for in this role

  • Generalist marketing knowledge with 3+ years of previous functional experience in partner marketing, partner alliance management, or generalist experience across both product marketing and demand generation in an enterprise business-to-business setting.
  • Industry experience in data/analytics, AI/ML/data science, enterprise IT infrastructure, or consulting/professional services.
  • Ownership, accountability, and drive to build and execute the strategy for one of more of Domino's partner segments (Tools & Data, Infrastructure, Solutions, Implementation & consulting), owning programs, messaging and positioning, budget, content, and campaigns.
  • Exceptional team player with strong written and verbal communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and external business partners.
  • Strong project management skills, with acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple short- and medium-term programs at once.
  • Ability to engage and empathize with data scientists, data science leaders, IT, and executives.
  • Experience with Salesforce, CMS (e.g., Hubspot, Drupal, etc.), analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, etc.).
