The Role Palantir’s Alliances & Channel Ecosystem is a strategic pillar of our growth engine. The Alliances team builds and manages Palantir’s strategic partnerships. You’ll be part of the team responsible for building our partner ecosystem, working with Hyperscalers, Global System Integrators, Independent Software Vendors and specialized Partners. Your team collaborates with the rest of Palantir to build co-sell pipeline by identifying new opportunities, developing capabilities, solutions and service offerings along with our partners. As our Partner Marketing Manager, you will create scalable resources and campaigns to help onboard, educate, incentivize, and inspire Palantir’s partners. You will be responsible for the end-to-end launch and success of partner marketing programs: developing the strategy, creating deliverables, building the operations required for execution and measurement, analyzing results, iterating, and scaling. To excel in the role, you’ll need deep knowledge of online and offline marketing best practices, a willingness to build programs from scratch and then experiment until you get the desired results, and the ability to work across a variety of media and deliverables.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development, launches and optimization of partner marketing programs while collaborating cross-functionally with brand, design, communications, etc.
- Create partner welcome packages, drip campaigns, engagement programs, and partner-success case studies to onboard, excite, and gain mindshare with new partners of various types.
- Enable co-branded content, campaigns and develop training resources (including customer profiles) and deliver training to partner sales teams. Analyze content effectiveness and continually optimize strategies to standardize content across the partner ecosystem.
- Manage content production for a variety of content formats: whitepapers, blog posts, infographics, video, interactive content experiences, and more in collaboration with Global Marketing Team at Palantir
- Develop partner marketing digital operations strategy (social, events, campaigns) to connect programs to lead management system and maximize outcomes
- Lead partner marketing planning & QBR cadence sessions with regions and global team. Provide templates and data to support discussions, proactively calendar sessions for the year.
- In partnership with Content Specialists, develop content, collateral and pitch decks to support Partner team in conversations with partners; continually iterate on assets based on Sales and partner feedback.
What We Value
- 5+ years of experience in Partner Marketing functions of a SaaS Company; marketing operations and partner/channel experience is a must
- Creative writing and content creation experience by working alongside different functions of an organization
- In-depth understanding of marketing automation, marketing funnel, partner/channel processes, demand marketing and data management
