Job Description

As a Service Center Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a contracted field service center network for US and Canada; for the service and repair of major product categories within the automotive aftermarket business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing authorized service center contracts and certifications for Robinair and Hydraulics service providers.
• Recruiting and maintaining field service coverage for North America, ensuring service center presence in key markets.
• Processing the onboarding of new service centers for new markets or replacement of discontinued service centers.
• Supporting new customer setup in SAP and the customer support team.
• Follows up and ensures timely closure of open service tickets for the authorized service centers.
• Handling of day-to-day escalations and urgent service situations involving service centers.
• Responsible for the annual evaluation of ASC for establishing performance ratings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of related experience required
• Field service management experience required
• Knowledge of automotive service equipment/ repair industry
• Experience working with independently owned businesses
