Director of EMEA Marketing you will be responsible for architecting and executing growth marketing initiatives in UK-I, Northern Europe, DACH, Southern Europe, and MEA that increase awareness and generate demand for Outreach solutions. Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, this role will be a catalyst for customer growth and retention in EMEA. You will be accountable for driving lead generation across all core marketing channels - digital and account-based marketing, field marketing and corporate events, content marketing, and community. You will be directly responsible for full-funnel sales growth, from marketing-qualified leads through marketing-sourced pipeline and closed won revenue. We are seeking a senior marketing leader who has direct experience as the head of marketing for a US-based technology company. You will be accountable for developing and leading the EMEA marketing strategy and plan. We are looking for a marketing leader with proven experience with balancing the needs to create new regional EMEA-specific marketing initiatives with the needs to localise and execute global initiatives developed by marketing teams in the US headquarters. You are an innovative builder and master growth hacker, with a deep understanding of the enterprise software sector and a passion for Outreach’s mission and values. You deeply understand the levers available to drive market and pipeline growth across all channels and segments. Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Developing a comprehensive EMEA marketing plan and budget to achieve pipeline growth objectives through innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns and partnerships. You will partner with the EMEA sales and customer success leadership team to ensure that the EMEA marketing initiatives achieve their awareness, lead generation, deal acceleration, and customer engagement objectives. Your team will be responsible for building and managing best-in-class programs across all channels including print, digital, social, PR, and virtual and in-person events.
- Determining the best mix of marketing programs and events to achieve awareness and lead generation goals in each EMEA region. You will be responsible for identifying which headquarters marketing programs to localise to run in EMEA, as well as selecting regional events to sponsor, crafting Outreach-owned events, and designing EMEA-specific content marketing programs.
- Localise and execute global marketing programs created in headquarters. Your team will be responsible for partnering with the headquarters marketing teams to localise the language, content, customer case studies, etc., of US-based programs to run with impact in selected EMEA regions. We expect that the majority of programs run in EMEA are localised from global marketing initiatives.
- Create EMEA-specific events and marketing programs where needed. Where needed, your team will be responsible for creating and executing marketing programs and events to meet objectives agreed to with the EMEA sales leadership team.
- Assessing and reporting on EMEA marketing funnel performance metrics. You will be responsible for reporting on EMEA marketing performance and advising the EMEA sales leadership team and headquarters marketing teams on the effectiveness and future direction of our EMEA marketing initiatives.
- Ensuring alignment with the EMEA sales and customer success leadership team. You will collaborate with regional sales leaders to maintain alignment on strategy, resource allocation, KPIS, accountability, messaging, enablement, and new product launch support.
- Lead, mentor and coach across the EMEA organization. You will hire, retain, mentor, and advocate for the professional development of the EMEA marketing team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in demand generation, growth marketing, product marketing or corporate marketing roles, 3+ years in an EMEA marketing leadership role at a US-based B2B SaaS company.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills; an inspiring leader that can scale and manage a high-impact team.
- Experience with budgeting, media planning, event planning, and trade show sponsorship activation.
- Experience localising content to support growth in new markets.

- Track record of attracting and retaining top talent, motivating the team, delegating effectively as appropriate, and managing performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communications and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
