Sales Enablement Specialist

LiveRamp's Product Training team aka LiveRamp University (LRU) is looking for innovative and creative people to design, build, and train LiveRamp’s partners, customers, and resellers on how to sell LiveRamp’s products. The LRU team is responsible for creating certification paths to help ramp up users. You will be a part of a new and unique team working to make learning easily available to the masses.

You will:

  • Create new sales training material on how to sell LiveRamp’s products
    • Work with the Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to develop training materials and sales resources
    • Create and record course scripts for on-demand training
    • Create slides, takeaways (job aids), lab exercises, quizzes, and certifications for courses to have impactful training materials
    • Organize sales training needs into related learning plans and courses
    • Update training based on LiveRamp product changes
    • Add, update, and maintain training material onto LMS (Docebo)
    • Update and maintain metrics related to training
  • Deliver training to sales teams
    • Gather feedback from trainees and update content as necessary
    • Lead training sessions (live or recording) to LiveRamp’s partners, customers, and resellers
    • Maintain and track attendance and course completion of all attendees
    • Manage all aspects of assigned training projects:
      • Attendee contact
      • Coordination prior, during, and after engagement
      • Setting up training sessions
      • Delivering training
      • Following up with attendees / ensure attendees meet training requirements and objectives (certifications)
  • Travel may be required (when safe)

Your team will:

Be responsible for creating and maintaining sales training for necessary users. Courses that are created by the LRU team are used to ramp up LiveRamp’s partners, customers, and resellers to sell LiveRamp’s products. This is done through a certification program to track achievements.

About you:

  • Experience in writing of training or documentation
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, or other subject matter experts to gather detailed information about complex products
  • Experience training or mentoring new team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience in training in person and virtually
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Able to balance multiple projects and priorities at once, while still meeting deadlines
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multi-task skills, all while working under moving deadlines

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in creating and maintaining adult learning material: slide decks, handouts / takeaways / job aids, documentation, lab exercises, etc.
  • Experience in SQL, Active Records, APIs, and/or command line tools
  • Experience with LiveRamp’s products
  • Experience with AdTech or MarTech
  • Experience with creating and teaching sales enablement trainings
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Can take the initiative and is creative and imaginative and willing to think outside the box
  • Positive, collaborative attitude
