When it comes to our Cvent conference events, you will be on the front line to provide software/hardware configuration, setup and support for all hardware and IT systems deployed. You will have the unique opportunity to work with modern systems, and the ideal candidate will always be seeking new challenges to continue to progress their career within the Cvent team. Also, grab your passport because there will be plenty of opportunities for travel in this role up to 50 days per year, where you'll work with our Professional Services team onsite as our events technology expert.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Imaging hardware for on-site deployment of event management software
  • On-site and Virtual support of Cvent software and hardware at client events
  • Efficient communication with internal teams
  • Build strong client relations
  • Implement security measures on onsite tools according to clients’ business requirements

What You Will Need for this Position

  • Ability to learn new technology in the market mainly on different OS and provide feedback on these technologies
  • Able to evaluate new security standards and implement in Onsite tools
  • Align with team and provide continuous feedback on improving onsite experiences to the clients
  • Work as a team and provide assistance to PS team, mainly with onsite preparation
  • Ensure clients and PS team understand technical requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • Must be available and able to travel domestically and internationally up to 50 days per year
  • Previous experience configuring and troubleshooting software/hardware (Windows and Mac)
  • Advanced knowledge of different operation systems, such as Windows/Mac OS
  • As described above, this role requires you to go onsite to assist Cvent customers with their events. Certain Cvent customers are currently requiring that any Cvent employee sent onsite show proof of vaccination against COVID-19. Accordingly, you may need to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 prior to being sent to any customer event or meeting.
