Job Description

The France & Switzerland Sales Operations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for executing all Sales operations activities, both recurring and project based, in country/sub-region. This person partners with local Sales management, Sales Finance, HR, and all other functions on all sales operations initiatives and is the go-to resource for all in-country sales operations related matters, requests, and escalations. The France & Switzerland Sales Operations Manager will also facilitate the flow of information between Worldwide and Regional functional Sales Operations teams and COEs and serve as the primary feedback channel for all Worldwide Sales initiatives.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the rollout of WW/Regional Sales and Ops initiatives, in local language as required. Initiatives encompass Sales Automation, Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Policy, and all other Sales Operations matters
  • Manage fiscal year planning and go-to-market activities, in collaboration with Management, Finance and HR, such as territory, quota settings and Sales compensation
  • Own and serve as the Subject Matter Expert on all Sales Policy escalations
  • Lead local sales communications and manage the ADPworks Sales local intranet pages
  • Support the Sales Leadership team in all Sales Operational matters
  • Collaborate with the Sales Ops Center of Excellence to fulfill reporting requests & promote optimized use of the Salesforce CRM locally
  • Plan and roll-out local incentive campaigns and contests, track and consolidate results
  • Plan and roll-out local in-office and offsite events, for ADP Sales associates
  • Support new hire on-boarding through general set-up on ADP Sales tools and systems

Experience:

  • Past experience working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with Sales stakeholders; direct Sales experience is a plus
  • Team player with excellent collaboration and problem solving skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar CRM system is required, data management skills preferred
  • Proficient in French and English, both oral and written
  • Excellent computer skills are a must (including MSN Office: PowerPoint, Excel)
