We immediately need a Social Media Marketing Specialist for the Electronics Board Systems (EBS) business unit of Siemens Digital Industries Software Inc. The EBS business unit delivers world-leading design and simulation software technologies that enable global design teams to address highly complex electronics systems design challenges. Our social media channels are growing, and we want to accelerate that growth even more! In this role, you will support the planning, implementation, execution, and measurement of the EBS social media strategy to support our overall brand and business goals. Your primary mission will drive organic and paid promotion in collaboration with subject matter experts and transform employees into social advocates within their networks. While this is a role within the EBS Marketing Team, be prepared to collaborate with a global team of social media experts across Siemens to achieve this mission closely.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow current social channels to ensure division messages are amplified effectively to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions
• Seek new relevant channels enabling social footprint growth
• Create social framework for customer and prospect engagement, endorsement, and fostering relationships
• Maintain our division online community to ensure fostering of peer-to-peer engagement and connections with subject matter experts
• Test messaging, content frameworks, and activity to enable continuous improvement
• Enable the amplification and endorsement through team-member networks
• Monitor key performance metrics and competitive benchmarks
• Work with division marketing to develop a rolling thunder plan for placements, blogs, and more.
• Work with internal industry, product, and brand experts to plan and implement an effective social media strategy
• Support organic and/or paid activities that deliver against key business and marketing initiatives
• Interpret and act on performance metrics to measure and optimize execution
• Manage Amplify, our platform for employee advocacy, and provide training and support to help transform employees into social advocates
• Leverage platforms such as Sprinklr and Amplify to maximize engagement, reach and impact of our all our social media activities
• Stay at the forefront of new social media trends and delivery platforms and propose innovative ideas to improve our strategy and processes
• Align EBS social media activities to social media operations across Siemens to further amplify our visibility and reach

Required Education and Experience

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital communication or a similar job
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in lead generation through the above-mentioned platforms based on optimization strategies
• Working experience of a social media management platform such as Sprinklr preferred
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable with processing and analyzing data

The base salary range for this position in Longmont, Colorado is $72,500 to $130,500
