  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals. Develop the targeted SEO digital marketing program within GEM organization
  • Utilize Paid Search, Display, Paid Social and other tactics to bring awareness to Viasat’s solutions and drive qualified traffic to the website. Ensure the Viasat brand is in front of key prospects as they make buying decisions digitally.
  • Ensure Viasat GEM webpages are correctly optimized for organic search while keeping content fresh as to stay relevant in Search Engines.
  • Test landing pages offers, Calls-to-Action (CTAs), email subject lines and other digital aspects to determine what resonates with prospects and drives maximum engagement. Use this data to build a prospect journey map that allows the marketing organization to create the necessary assets and experiences to nurture individuals as they move down the sales funnel.
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content for earned and paid media
  • Create content for social media text posts to drive engagement with target audiences
  • Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Emplifi. Execute marketing campaigns through social media and interact with any responses
  • Maintain current and accurate knowledge of search engine marketing and social media best practices and strategies, offering thought leadership within the organization
  • Assess and recommend revisions to website creative and landing pages, supporting the culture of testing and optimization
  • Proactively review, analyse, report and communicate performance data and insights while suggesting recommendations to improve spend efficiency, paid media traffic and sales
  • Leverage and use Marketo tools to determine journey paths prospects are taking before converting.
  • When necessary, work with partners and agencies of record to accomplish company goals. Project manage each effort along with closely tracking and evaluating budgets to ensure projects are completed in a timely, cost-efficient manner.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in communications, marketing, or a similar field.
  • 5-10+ years of marketing experience working in a business-to-business focused company in a related field, such as telecommunications, broadband services, wireless services, satellite services.
  • Proven ability to think strategically about technology and its business implications
  • Ability to collaborate and drive cross-team collaboration with diverse groups in a cross functional organization
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with analytic capabilities
  • Desire to learn about the Satellite Communications and industries such as Aviation, Energy and Maritime.
  • Experience with web content management system; preference Adobe Experience Manager or equivalent software
  • Experience with web analytics applications and
  • Experience with marketing automation, preference Marketo
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with social media applications
  • Ability to travel occasionally
