Job Summary

Responsible for managing, planning, tracking and implementing small projects or aspects of larger projects from initiation to completion. Works with vendors and team to establish and achieve goals. Coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Communicates project status with teams. Responsibilities include, but not limited to leading, managing, coordinating LCON (end user) verification and readiness on Comcast Business orders from order submission through installation. Provides customer and project management support regarding accurate LCON and site access information for each order. Communicates with internal departments to ensure LCON order accuracy, and works with project managers and other Operation’s teams to meet established goals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Establishes contact with LCON (end user) on orders through phone calls and emails to confirm end user contacts, changes to end users, and determine any specific site access arrangements.
  • Identifies and reports service delivery risks, issues, and gaps that could impact timelines, goals, and installation of services to the assigned project manager.
  • Facilitates required meetings; prioritizes cross-functional activities as related to orders being verified, and develops communications, summary reports, and status for various audiences; provides accurate LCON verification status information.
  • Meets organizational scorecard, productivity and quality metrics as set forth by the organization
  • May support one or more Comcast Business products from order inception to completion
  • May support task management, and special project functions as required
  • Manages projects, with direct supervision, to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.
  • Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
  • Identifies project scope and objectives. Manages a cross-functional team including third party vendors and other resources; coordinates activities to achieve goals.
  • Plans and directs schedule and budget.
  • Maintains communication with stakeholders. Provides status reports to Project Managers, vendors, stakeholders and resources.
  • Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary (typical business hours will be the main schedule).
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Acts as a single point of contact for customer initiatives.
  • Balances competing priorities, maintains consistent attention to detail, and adapts quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to manage orders that require technical knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Century, Eureka, Excel, and CSG

Pay Range: $24.07 - $36.11

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
