Job Summary
Responsible for managing, planning, tracking and implementing small projects or aspects of larger projects from initiation to completion. Works with vendors and team to establish and achieve goals. Coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Communicates project status with teams. Responsibilities include, but not limited to leading, managing, coordinating LCON (end user) verification and readiness on Comcast Business orders from order submission through installation. Provides customer and project management support regarding accurate LCON and site access information for each order. Communicates with internal departments to ensure LCON order accuracy, and works with project managers and other Operation’s teams to meet established goals.Job Description
