Job Description

ADP is hiring a SASS Operations Specialist I / Criminal History Fulfillment. In this position, you'll join a team of rock star professionals within Operations who are responsible for ensuring every client interaction is a best-in-class experience. You'll combine a passion for research, data entry and discovering innovative solutions with our top-ranked programs to help clients enjoy every aspect of value within our products.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• High School diploma
• No previous experience required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Tier 1 -- SASS Operations Support
• Conduct research and data entry with clients and internal representatives
• Leverage strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to execute daily research and data entry activities
