Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities will include managing projects, assisting with audits, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The right candidate should have experience in a fast paced environment, and familiarity with IT processes, highly organized with attention to detail is a must.

What you will be doing:

• Managing the entire life cycle of multiple IT projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinating all the project phases and efficiently predicting the lifetime of all the stages of the project.
• Collaborating with various teams on business priorities and timelines.
• Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with other departments.
• Monitoring and controlling project status.
• Performing quality checks at various stages of the process to ensure quality and accuracy (proofreading, final eye...).
• Assist with administrative functions for IT.

Here is what you will need to know/have:

• 2-4 years experience working on IT projects
• Ability to effectively communicate timelines and risks to stakeholders.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to drive to deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Jira and Google Suite.
