Procurement Operations Analyst (University Grad)

Job Description

Our Procurement team is expanding to address more spend, achieve more savings, and provide more seamless buying experiences across a global user base. As a Procurement Operations Analyst, you will learn all aspects of EA's global procurement operations and support a variety of transformation plans, including the improvement of existing buying tools, implementation of new technologies, and scaling of new programs such as Supplier Diversity and responsible procurement.

You will be an individual contributor and report to the Senior Manager of Procurement Operations. You can be based anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in EA's procurement-related policies, procedures, and technologies
• Help build the spend management analytics function and maintain data models and dashboards to provide reliable insights and visualization into procurement performance.
• Cultivate relationships and advise users on procurement-related inquiries and issues
• Support the implementation and management of guided buying or catalog experiences, including the design and maintenance of catalog content and user support materials.
• Help develop programs and best practices to improve procurement performance.
• Support the Global Strategic Sourcing team with sourcing events and supplier negotiations as opportunities arise for learning and career development

Education and Experience:

• Recent or May/June 2022 Bachelor's graduate in Procurement, Supply Chain, or quantitative fields such as Finance, Statistics, Economics.
