The Registration Website Specialist is dedicated to a specific client for the main purpose of supporting the client’s global meetings and event management strategy by acting as project consultant and event creation support for Client’s conferences and events using Cvent technology. This is accomplished by meeting or exceeding specific deliverables including, but not limited to, the creation and maintenance of digital communication for the client’s meetings and events using Cvent’s Event Marketing and Management solutions, management and statistical analysis of attendee data, and technical support for Cvent products.

  • Consult on event build architecture across Cvent’s Event Marketing and Management solutions to meet client’s business requirements for each meeting

Gather and analyze client requirements

Consult on features best suitable for the event and provide recommendations for any workarounds where applicable

  • Event build services: Create event specific deliverables according to client’s templates, processes, or within brand guidelines

Create and launch event registration website

Maintain and update registration website with content changes

Build event communication

Mobile app creation and maintenance of app content

Attendee Hub creation and maintenance of content

  • Inclusion of graphics, set up of sessions, set up of speakers
  • Coordinate with Client’s designated team for the branding guidelines and graphics creation, as applicable
  • Test and quality check all deliverables prior to launch
  • Invitee or participant management

Uploading contacts

Distributing invitations or other event communications

  • Create and modify event reports upon request
  • Act as the trusted advisor for licensed Cvent products
  • Conduct Cvent product training as needed.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships in addition to providing direction and support to client’s other vendors from a technical perspective
  • Work together with account management and other internal employees to drive long-term success for the client’s programs through regular interactions
  • Work flexible hours to support a global account / team
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • German & English language required
  • Strong organizational & time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and additional responsibilities while maintaining high quality standards
  • Strong communication skills through all mediums with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships (for all levels of an organization, including executives)
  • Proven analytical skills with consistent high attention to detail; accuracy in spelling and grammar
  • Strong sense of accountability; resourcefulness in identifying a problem or process improvement and following through to implement
  • Personal integrity, initiative
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a demanding environment
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced corporate organization
  • Intermediate user of MS Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Corporate experience, Financial industry preferred
  • University Degree or equivalent web design experience
  • Front-end web development experience (HTML, CSS) is preferred but not required
  • Cvent Event Management certification preferred but not required
