Founded in 1999, the company delivers a comprehensive event marketing and management platform for event professionals and offers software solutions to hotels, special event venues and destinations to help them grow their group/MICE and corporate travel business.

We have multiple request for warehouse associate contractors. As a contractor you will be responsible for ensuring packing and unpacking of shipments. Quality data collection via scanning inventory in and out of the warehouse. Organizing and inventorying supplies, equipment, and materials.

We are looking for talented individuals who is detail-oriented, respectful, neat and organized, and demonstrates responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Pack and unpack shipments
• Load/unload trucks
• Utilize inventory system to accurately record hardware
• Organize hardware in the warehouse
• Update firmware and operating systems
• Inventory of consumables (badge stock, cables)
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability be to stand/walk/twist/bend/reach for long periods of time
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry
• Maintaining safety and quality standards
• Driver’s License (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
