In this role,you will have the opportunity

  • The Head of Solutions Centre of Excellence (COE) for South-East Asia drives and steers the acquisition process of large-scale projects/ long-term strategic partnerships/solutions in, the market in complete alignment with the BM&S and Operations market teams.
  • Coordinate, the solution development in the market to Ensure An aligned structured approach over BM&S clusters) via project managers who are virtually part of the overall BM&S solutions activities.
  • Ensure proper realization and execution of existing long-term strategic partnerships, including customer satisfaction. The person provides proper deployment and execution of the Deal Board process for large-scale projects/ long-term strategic partnerships/solutions in the market, where required.
  • You are responsible for installing enablers to build a solutions and services business in the market aligned with the company commitments of revenue targets and deployed to the relevant BM&S’s (Business Marketing & Sales) Leaders
  • Drive conversion through process management, robust decision-making, and a thorough understanding of payment models and drive scale and sustainable returns for Philips. Furthermore, the person works effectively E2E internally, builds and retains meaningful networks

To be successful in this role,

  • You need to develop and maintain a strong understanding of Philip's customer requirements in SE Asia and uncovers opportunities for continuous growth
  • Supports the SE Asia market teams to engage customers at senior levels to understand their business drivers and position Philips as a strategic partner
  • Maintain a relentless Customer First mindset through the positioning of impactful solutions to deliver tangible business outcomes
  • Develops, regularly updates, and deploys the winning commercial strategy for solutions (configures & customized), synchronizing all key organizational deliverables across Idea to Market, Market to Order and Order to Cash (I2M, M2O and O2C) – in full alignment with the BM&S and Operations market teams
  • Ensures that required resources (opportunity team) and budget are in place to drive winning customer proposals
  • Manage resources and capacity planning based on opportunity assessments
  • Monitors the overall performance of the large-scale projects / long-term strategic partnerships/solutions (sales, profitability, and operational excellence) against budgeted KPIs and takes corrective actions
  • Ensures appropriate level of cooperation across all functions, businesses, and geographies of the organization to maximize customer satisfaction and operational performance
  • Works in very close interaction with the customer, BM&S’s and operations market teams, and the related international teams supporting Long term strategic partnerships and customized solutions (e.g. Integrated Solutions Center)
  • Strategically engage with Global/Market Team to enable for the most relevant solutions (best practice+ local expertise)
  • Responsible for the Talent Development and Capability Development in line with the agreed strategy, and strategic workforce plans
  • Provides strong people leadership
  • Ensures full adherence and integrity of business operation according to internal/external requirements and standards. Drives standardization and scalability of solutions
  • Role models our General Business Principles as a fundamental part of our behaviors and takes pro-active measures throughout Philips to ensure compliance with the GBP
