In this role, you have the opportunity to

Provide project management/ PMO support to CAPA projects and activities, working with CAPA team members and other Q&R functions.

Temp. position until July 2022

You are responsible for

• Developing plans and schedules according to project goals, estimating resource requirements and monitoring CAPA activities
• Responsible for tracking the overall status of different CAPA projects
• Gathering relevant data and processing information to be presented for review
• Maintaining the protocols, procedures and methods to communicate program information and issues among members of the team
• Tracking risks and perform analysis to list out potential problems, the probability of such occurrences, the possible impact and possible response actions
• creates reports on the progress of the CAPA activities with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time to CAPA team members and to team manager
• Manages internal and external stakeholders

You are a part of

Q&R organization, supporting CT/AMI business

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Relevant academic degree, Industrial Engineering – an advantage
• Proven working experience as PMO or in similar roles
• experience within the medical devices field, or other regulated environment
• Familiarity with CAPA processes – strong advantage
• Proficiency in project management tools: MS Project, Excel, Office, etc.
• Familiarity with graphical presentation of data
• Stakeholder management skills, ability to influence and lead in matrix environment
• Good communication skills and personal relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
