You are responsible for

  • Driving standardized and higher quality multi-channel engagement plans across Philips Health Systems business (HS) by driving the creation of global multichannel campaign ecosystems in close collaboration with key stakeholders such as business clusters, markets, digital marketing & e-commerce, events
  • Creating golden standard for engagement strategies and campaign ecosystem creation to strengthen capabilities across the marketing organization. This will be reached via continuous engagement and collaboration with cross-functional participants (e.g. portfolio marketing, marketing operations, digital marketing & E-commerce, agencies, freelancers, education innovation team) as needed to support content ideation, creation, activation and measurement requirements for all marketing campaign (including both offline and online channels)
  • Strongly collaborating with Health System Content & business clusters content teams to define content and assets requirements to deliver on the multichannel engagement strategies as part of the prioritized marketing campaigns
  • Working closely with Marketing Transformation team to create standard ways of working and frameworks to support the creation of marketing campaigns and channel ecosystem

You are a part of

A dynamic and energetic team of 5 people who are responsible to drive Health Systems Customer Engagement plans at the global level. The Health System Marketing Team drives demand generation and lead management capabilities, strategic 3rd party partnership along with overall coordination of Marketing Planning for Campaign selection and overall “How to win” plans

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • University degree in Business/Economics or related
  • 10+ years working experience in marketing with focus on campaign creation and activation in B2B
  • Experience in Healthcare and in digital channel strongly preferred.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational excellence
  • Comfortable with and ability to thrive with ambiguity while managing critical stakeholders
  • Can do attitude, result driven, strong team player
  • Resilience, openness, ability to negotiate and superior ability to use influential leadership are must have
