You will create medical education strategy and programs for our innovative, life-saving Philips IGT-Devices product portfolio.

You are responsible for

  • Strategically aligning Medical Education programs with the commercial organization’s strategies
  • Work with marketing, sales, and research and development to ensure that course material reflects current product features
  • Instruct participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions and follow up to determine applicability of course material
  • Ensure high touch with all participants in programs pre and post to ensure follow up and proper selection of participants.
  • High degree of original, out of the box thinking, needed to find solutions to the assignments
  • Formulate new solutions by integral, original thinking and add new concepts/elements to sub disciplines to effectively achieve goals together
  • Build networks with key contacts in- and outside of Philips for his specialism to keep abreast of new developments/insights
  • May lead multi-disciplinary change projects, managing a significant number of people.

You are part of

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Master’s degree preferred, BS degree in related field required
  • Clinical field experience a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience in medical education, clinical or sales position
  • Experienced in Cardiac Interventional Ultrasound
  • Heavy knowledge of computer applications (i.e.: Microsoft Word, Excel) required
  • Requires approximately 80% travel (air and auto) to domestic sites.
