Job Description
Contract: CDI/Permanent
Location: Haguenau, France (30 min from Strasbourg) or Slough, UK or Stupino, Russia. This job is also opened in all European hub sites.
The role operates across the Food & MultiSales segment, collaborating with Mars DT, Functional managers partner and business unit stakeholders to deliver specific projects within their region while embracing new digital methods and tools such as Agile, Design Thinking, Analytics and drive the “Zero Distance to the Customer” agenda.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years’ work experience in Digital Technologies
- Experience in business analysis, systems design, application integration, testing
- Previous work experience consulting in an organization in a similar role
- Knowledge of project management and IT solutions
What would be your responsibilities?
- Manage project plans for smaller projects or on larger projects manage the plan for a defined portion or phase of the project (up to $50K budget)
- Develop a thorough functional and technical understanding of the software applications and its business process
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the relevant business area. Identify and extract a complete, accurate and concise definition of functional requirements for a business application.
- Coordinate 3rd party resources through the project lifecycle, ensure contractors understand their roles and responsibilities within the context of the project, to ensure their contribution to overall project success.
- Utilizes the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool for planning resources, project milestones, risks and financials.
- Engages DT Senior Managers & Managers, and business unit Directors and Senior Managers to ensure successful project deployment and benefits achievement.
