Job Description
The Business System Administration Treasury will be part of the Healthineers IT team to operate and administer the global Treasury Management System (TMS). It provides business services for the following business areas:
- Cash Management (internal and external)
- Payment Platform and Inhouse Bank
- FX Management
- Risk Control Management
- Treasury Accounting
The system will be used with global scope, majority of the users are located in Germany, USA, APAC. Service hours shall cover working hours in Europe from ~8am to 8pm~ (still under negotiation), respective flexibility is required. Support language is intended to be English only.
Tasks and Responsibilities Business System Administration
- Master data administration of static- and enhanced static data in strong alignment with the business service’s owner
- Functional configuration related to master data in ITS (end-to-end process view)
- Functional configuration of 3rd party tools and interfaces as well as technical monitoring of business owned tools and services
- Setup and maintain the TMS’ configuration in different modules
- Access Management of the TMS
- Support and perform system tests on the TMS to validate new version and fixes
- maintain and update configuration objects
- define and run reporting to validate configuration consistency
- Functional monitoring, manage and solve incorrect execution/processing of files incl. maintenance of treasury reporting, building of dashboards
- ITIL Incident Management incl. first level user support
- regular alignment with SHS Service Manager on service topics and reporting of HelpDesk operation KPIs
- Ensure that required controls are in place; proactive identification and proposal in case updates or additional controls needed
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date quality and end-user documentation
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- Bachelor or master’s degree in economics, Business Administration or Computer science with relevant industry experience
- Understanding of the business needs in above mentioned business services areas
- 2-5 years of experiences with IT / software in the respective area of treasury, payments, financial risk management – esp. with TMS like the solutions from ION group, SAP, Finastra, Murex or F.I.S. and /or SWIFT
- Must be able to demonstrate sound functional understanding of the business processes served by the mentioned business areas
- Sound understanding of system interfacing
- Experience with at least two of the below listed areas:
- Cash management operations / SWIFT
- Confirmation matching systems like Finastra
- Trading platforms like 360T, Bloomberg
- Portfolio reconciliation, TriOptima
- Regulatory reporting like EMIR and Dodd Frank Act
- IT formats like SQL, XML
- Preferably, experience in managing applications / knowledge of Service management processes and concepts
- Experience with data privacy topics (GDPR) and internal control (ICFR) will be considered a plus
Non-technical Skills
- Must be able to communicate (in English, opt German) and work effectively in a multi-cultural environment. Must possess the ability to collaborate remotely with the functional teams in Germany and the globally.
- Must be a self-starter, capable of working with very little supervision (mindset of “How can I support best?”)
- Must be capable of taking initiative, with a firm understanding of the final goal to be achieved
- Must be an excellent team player

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2000EUR brutto /month + VAR*
