Responsibilities will entail:

• Lead the design, architecture, development, testing and deployment of Sitecore Composable DXP solutions.
• Support the sales organization by doing technical presales for new Sitecore work including: estimation, defining the high-level architecture and project approach, contributing to proposal writing and participating in orals with the client.
• You will work closely with clients, designers, product owners, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end users to build a state-of-the-art Digital Platform using Sitecore’s Composable DXP Product Suite.
• Champion engineering rigor throughout all Sitecore projects by promoting concepts such as Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration and detailed documentation.
• Be the point person for implementation strategies based on business needs, long-term strategy, and creative design.
• Provide technical guidance to Sitecore developers around best practices in Sitecore development – both back-end and front-end execution.
• Be hands-on with the code when needed.
• Provide architectural guidance/input around server environment configuration, clustering, caching, CDN usage, security, etc.
• Manage project teams consisting of Sitecore developers in both onsite and remote, global locations.
• Help create collateral for efficient implementation of Sitecore projects.

You will make the difference because:

• You love to build solutions on the Sitecore platform and have at least 6 years experience developing for Sitecore XP/XM.
• You have worked as a technical architect or solution architect for at least 3 years, and are familiar with technical pre-sales and working with development teams on complex, enterprise-scale solutions that are integrated with other systems.
• You are fully versed in all the latest developments on the Sitecore platform and you have hands-on experience with at least one of the new Sitecore products like Sitecore Content Hub or Sitecore OrderCloud.
• You have strong software development skills in either frontend (React/Angular/Vue) or backend (C#, .NET, API) or both.
• Strong software development experience in developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise level solutions (object-oriented design, microservices, Helix etc).
• Proven experience in developing solutions using Sitecore XP/XM utilizing ASP.NET MVC, C#, Visual Studio, Javascript, CSS.
• Familiar with Sitecore application setup, front end, back-end development, package deployment and admin activities.
• Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus.
• You are Sitecore certified (version 9 or newer).
• Experience with Azure DevOps Services, Git and Powershell scripts. (nice-to-have).
• You are comfortable with key infrastructure concepts, like PaaS/serverless, Kubernetes / Docker, CDN, SSL, DNS etc, and with creating infrastructure designs (nice-to-have).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You have finished a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or other relevant studies.
