ADP is hiring an Implementation Operational Excellence Manager

In this position you will lead a team of approximately 3 to optimize the operational function for the Lifion implementation team. The Implementation Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for identifying operational process improvements and building and executing a plan to achieve successful results, including rollout/communications and training of the internal implementation team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Implementation Optimization, this role is a key part of the Implementation organization and will be required to build relationships with other parts of the NAS Implementation Organization and drives and supports best practice, continuous improvement and standard work across the team.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities

  • Drives initiatives that optimize our implementation operations process and operational tooling. Focused on integrating our process and tools with the larger business units within ADP through best practice and leveraging tools, templates, and process to avoid recreating the wheel.
  • Develop project plans, tracks project status, and updates plans accordingly. Report status to Senior Director of Implementation Optimization
  • Manage and develop team of Operations Analysts who drive optimization initiatives within Implementation. These analysts will also manage the audit procedures to ensure our projects are updated accurately and that various tasks are completed on time. These analysts will also participate in the onboarding/offboarding procedures.
  • Executes on continuous improvement initiatives and acts as a change leader
  • Develop and execute rollout and change management plans to ensure end user adoption throughout the organization.
  • Manage operational auditing and procedural compliance audit process
  • Manage all HR related activities for the team, including performance, development, training, hiring, and staffing

Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. In addition to enhancing our implementation processes, you will strategically cultivate relationships within Implementation and across the entire Lifion and ADP team. But it’s not all business; you will make life-long friendships here.

Collaborate Daily. You will serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to Implementation leaders and subject matter experts, internal partners, and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.

  • Demonstrated Ability to Work Under Limited Supervision: You have ability to work independently successfully delivering results
