ABOUT THE ROLE W e are looking for a Senior Manager , specialising in Media Buying with an international scope. Reporting to the Head of Integrated Media, t his role also will support our Global Business team with responsibility for leading strategic media buying & negotiations, expanding our international growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Execute Revolut's Global Growth Strategy with a keen focus on media buying deals across all Revolut markets • Negotiate media deals across all marketing channels with a major focus on ATL • Identify effective marketing deals with a keen focus on ROI modelling and ability to scale • Defining strategy for offline growth across multiple territories in conjunction with Growth and Marketing teams • Setting and achieving ambitious targets to drive new users, market awareness & consideration, daily adoption, and engagement for Revolut’s products and features • Support in execution of marketing campaigns through partners and growth channels • Communicate and report to Revolut’s Global Business Leadership Team and key C-level stakeholders progress of ongoing deals and forecast of future opportunities WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED • Minimum of 8 years experience in Business Development, driving B2B2C / D2C opportunities and exceeding targets • +2 years experience as high performing Team Leader, Head of Business Development or Country Manager role • Experience within a high growth focused on buying media (TV, OOH or any other form of media) in an international scope • Experience working in conjunction with Growth and Marketing teams, leading negotiations • Deep knowledge of the Media sector (agencies, channels, deals, pricing, strategy) • You have flawless English language ability with outstanding communication and presentation skills • Excellent business acumen, and interpersonal skills Please note, this role can be based remotely in: UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Luxembourg, Russia or USA (EST time zone) We also support hybrid working from our offices in: London, Dublin, Berlin, Porto, Vilnius, Krakow or Moscow #LI- VA2 #LI-remote A little about us...
