Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is looking for a motivated and early-career professional to support the business area's execution of its Agile Transformation (AX) and DevOps strategies. As a member of the Information Technology (IT) team, this role will be responsible for Tooling & Metrics that enable the business to achieve these strategic objectives.
Specific responsibilities of this role include:
- Installing, configuring, operating and maintaining Agile and DevOps tools such as the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, etc) and Gitlab, respectively
- Creating and organizing new projects on the JIRA platform, as well as configuring the layout, design, workflow, reporting and dashboard needs for the functional organizations and programs within the business area
- Providing User and License Management and granting user permissions to Agile and DevOps tools
- Creating and maintaining detailed technical and user facing documentation
- Developing appropriate Agile metrics to measure Delivery, Product and Portfolio teams across the business area using modern scripting, application and cloud technologies
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be able to relocate to the Orlando, FL area

Desired Skills:
- Experience in IT, including system administrator experience
- Experience in administrating Atlassian products; JIRA, Confluence or a combination of both
- Experience in performing Atlassian installations, upgrades, and migrations
- Experience with Python, Kubernetes and AWS
- Integration experience on Jira and Confluence with plugins and development
- Experience with git and performing GitLab installations, upgrades, and migrations
- Experience managing workflows, schemes, etc. in Jira
- Strong troubleshooting skills on tooling and server-side issues
- Familiarity with Windows & Unix/Linux administration
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian plug-ins (BigPicture, Structure, etc)
- Experience customizing and configuring Jira
- Keen understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts
