Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate regular, cross-functional reporting cadences
• Track and report key business metrics in partnership with finance, analytics, and business teams
• Create and manage content for DEATCH leaders and their internal and external meetings and presentations
• Manage special projects that are central to the DEATCH market
• Partner and collaborate with international teams in Sales, Analytics, Product Marketing Management, Market Research, and more to help deliver on their objectives across our DEATCH region
• Support our DEATCH leadership team in renewing our employee engagement strategy in a work-from-home/hybrid working model
• Develop, plan and manage virtual and in-person employee engagement initiatives
• Plan and manage internal and external, virtual and in-person events such as DEATCH all-hands meetings, trade fairs, summer off-sites, customer events, and more

• Outstanding written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a cross-functional and multi-national team
• Project management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail with an ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and distill it in crisp, clear language
• Proactive, resourceful, and creative in fully utilizing available resources and data
• Results oriented, team player, fun, an energetic personality, who works well under pressure
• Fluency in English, proficiency in German is a plus
• Bachelor/Masters degree in business or related fields
