Whether you choose to work remotely from home or work in an office - it’s up to you. The Role Veeva is looking for a high-energy, ambitious individual to further our Veeva Content Partner Program. This person should have experience in digital promotional or medical content for the life sciences industry. The Program Manager role will see the candidate become an expert in the creation, development, and implementation of digital promotional and medical content, for Veeva’s commercial product suite. In addition, the role requires this person to engage in both relationship management with content partner agencies and project work assistance with customer-facing projects, that are being developed by their agency accounts. You will be working with content partners utilizing Veeva CLM, Approved Email, Vault PromoMats, Engage, and all future agency-facing products.

What You'll Do

• Acting as the primary point of contact for strategic and product support for content partners
• Identifying appropriate partner agencies, new business calls
• Supporting and educating content partners (training and partner set-up)
• Training and troubleshooting customer project requirements with agency partners, customers, and/or internal Veeva teams
• Setup and administer Veeva development environments (Vault PromoMats and Veeva CRM)

Requirements

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
• Experience in account management, project management, digital strategy, or technology roles at a healthcare advertising/communications/marketing agency
• Experience in multichannel marketing projects, eg closed-loop marketing, email, websites
• Ability to develop and foster strong relationships with agencies, customers, and internal teams
• Aptitude and interest to learn Veeva and salesforce.com product administration
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively while working remotely and/ or with remote colleagues
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Veeva’s Commercial Cloud products
• Experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM)
• Additional languages
