Gusto's BizTech team in Denver has an immediate need for a Salesforce Administrator to join their Salesforce Development team in Denver or to work from a remote location.

  • Responsibilities ·
    • Work closely with our internal CX teams to capture user requests and understand pain points and focus on building and delivering scalable solutions to address those and support the team’s product vision.
    • Specific responsibilities include working as part of a collaborative scrum team to deliver high value Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with scrum teams to understand product vision and requirements and ensure configuration meets business needs.
    • Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and business workflows.
    • Be responsible for day-to-day user support by troubleshooting issues and providing technical solutions.
    • Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis and contribute to documentation of functional and technical specifications, standard operating procedures, diagrams, user training manuals etc.
    • Handle provisioning, de-provisioning and access requests and manage application license needs by proactive planning and auditing
    • Analyze, configure and maintain Salesforce security (Org Wide Defaults, CRUD, FLS, Sharing rules, Profiles, Permissions Sets and Permission Set groups, SSO, Connected Apps etc).
    • Configure and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud applications (like Chat, Case management etc.) and other Go-To-Market applications along with any required integrations using OOB features and/or Middleware.
    • Monitor and maintain data hygiene in our GTM applications. Partner with Data, BI teams and other Analysts to understand data quality problems and identify where Salesforce requires remediation.
    • Execute data quality and data cleansing remediation efforts.
    • Work with ISVs as needed to support applications (new releases, patches, breakages and adoption of new Features or modules)
  • Requirements
    • At least 1 year of experience with declarative Force.com development tools such as Workflows, Approval processes, Process Builder, Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder etc.
    • Experience with Reporting and dashboards is a must along with familiarity with SOQL
    • Experience with CRM workflows and knowledge of when to configure vs customize is required.
    • Proficiency with Spreadsheets and other office productivity applications
    • Ability to maintain efficiency and positive attitude in the face of challenging and competing deadlines
    • Self-driven with strong problem-solving and time management skills
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills given this position will interact with multiple teams across Engineering and Business
    • Commitment to learning demonstrated through completion of Salesforce Admin Certification and/or relevant Salesforce certifications and Trailhead badges

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $68,500/yr - $156,000/yr in Denver & most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
