Lead the end-to-end collaborative process of bringing a digital learning experience to life
You will lead research to identify topics and partners, synthesize and define content, write and design learning experiences, and develop it for launch. You will be responsible for leading the process from surfacing needs, to concept, to launch and into iteration and assessment
Design and develop rich, interactive virtual learning experiences
You will create collaborative and dynamic learning experiences leveraging written content, video, visuals, frameworks, digital interactions, assignments/activities, and live coaching or community moments.
In addition to the skills above, we are interested in people who have expertise in one or more of the following areas of specialization. Please share in your application if you have experience in any of these areas.
Expertise in developing tools and guides for coaches or mentors
Coaches play a critical role in our team-based experiences. You have experience in creating materials and experiences for the coaching network, including onboarding, coaching guides and support moments.
Designing & facilitating live community interactions
You have teaching experience and are skilled at facilitating community moments. In particular, you are skilled at designing online templates/toolkits or activities that enable learners to collaborate and construct their learning through a facilitated experience.
