ADP is hiring an Implementation Operations Analyst. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting multiple Lifion initiatives at ADP and work with a team of highly skilled consultants, managers, developers, and subject matter experts. The Implementation Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects by interfacing with management and project team members to meet expectations. This position's primary purpose is to partner with project teams to ensure project deliverables and milestones are met. These projects will include driving compliance and alignment for established Lifion initiatives. Job responsibilities will also require this role to partner with other teams to drive refinement and continuous improvement for established processed. Candidates will need to develop mastery level understanding of implementation tooling requirements to help support the Implementation organization. This position may lead project teams for various implementation projects simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with Implementation team, Client Success, Product, and other departments to drive compliance with established processes.
  • Conduct audits of projects assets and project tooling to achieve goal of organizational data accuracy.
  • Partner with the Product team on implementation tooling needs and requirements.
  • Creating or modifying process documentation in partnership with technical writers and Knowledge Management owners.
  • Ensure milestones are successfully met through the management, tracking, and reporting of project vehicles and coordination of resources
  • Work collaboratively with other departments impacting projects, including gaining agreement and negotiating outcomes.
  • Offer guidance and facilitate communication to stakeholders regarding project implementation
  • Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates
  • Work under limited supervision to manage project timelines and risks
  • Gather information necessary to make decisions
  • Anticipate and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Create and update reports on a scheduled basis for leadership group and larger team.
  • Lead training sessions with various stakeholders.
  • Train team members on process, reporting and audit requirements.
  • Participate in and lead special projects as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of HCM and familiarity with ADP products
  • 1-2 years of experience managing complex projects including; project auditing, process champion, issue resolution, status reporting, training/communication, and project analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation skills, communication skills, organization, and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and multiple projects, timelines, and priorities.
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
