3Q/DEPT offers employees flexibility with remote, hybrid, and in-office options (depending on team/location).About YouThe Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Testing Strategist will work on a range of client projects in support of our broader team to contribute to and evolve our conversion research and testing services.

Our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Testing Strategist is responsible for driving Optimization strategy as well as supporting execution. Strategists are the subject matter experts who support our account managers with all things CRO.

You will be tasked with helping to grow our clients’ CRO program—taking what we’ve already built and making it work better and scale even more effectively. As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Testing Strategist you’ll be responsible for the following key areas: 1) identifying optimization opportunities and testing strategy through research and best practices 2) establishing and executing the CRO strategy and 3) supporting the management of client expectations and priorities.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Attend weekly client meetings that involve reporting on tests, managing timelines and expectations on deliverables.
  • Persuasively and confidently present testing roadmaps, test plans, and recommendations based on the overall conversion optimization strategy and findings from the team to clients
  • Collaborate with team to create efficiencies with our project queue with a focus on achieving high testing velocity for clients
  • Communicate interdepartmentally to manage cross team collaboration and influence growth strategy for clients
  • Own the preparation and assist with the presentation of Quarterly Business Review meetings with clients
  • Ability to support multiple clients on a daily basis while working with remote teams in a fast paced results oriented environment
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to drive projects forward and meet deadlines
  • Setup of A/B tests and personalization campaigns, must have a strong understanding of how tests should be implemented and feasibility given a client’s website environment
  • Support the quality assurance process to ensure tests render properly and that goals are tracking
  • Monitor live tests and interpret results, and share these results in a way that clients can Please understand
  • Create test plans that document all inputs for each client test

You’ll need to have:

  • Minimum 1-3 years working in a digital agency in a client facing role
  • Minimum 1-3 years working in a Conversion Rate Optimization practice
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Willingness and ability to learn
  • Open to direct constructive feedback
  • Excellent skills with powerpoint
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain a calm and positive attitude when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Intermediate to expert experience with testing platforms including Optimizely, AB Tasty, Adobe, Visual Website Optimizer, or similar platforms
  • Intermediate to expert experience with analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel

Additional things that will impress us:

  • Knowledge of UX design, wireframing, and usability principles
  • Experience with research tools including HotJar, Clicktale, CrazyEgg, SurveyMonkey, Qualaroo, UserTesting.com, or other similar tools
